SRI LANKA: TALES FROM THE RESPLENDENT ISLE

COLOMBO | ANURADHAPURA | HATTON | YALA | TANGALLE | GALLE

Leaf through Sri Lanka’s gripping pages of both its heritage and the here-and-now, getting gloriously engrossed in exclusive access to momentous locations and meet-cutes with colourful characters along the way.

When discovering others’ stories becomes making some of your own

A saga full of traditions to witness, famous local faces to rub shoulders with and private accommodations to buyout; every dawn of this journey marks the start of a day of new bonding experiences. Destined to become family fables relived around the dining table for years to come.

The story starts in Colombo and the island’s ‘Cultural Triangle’ Anuradhapura, where historic yarns are told through delectable dinners and visits to a monastery and crumbling mansion. Then, heading inland, Hatton and Yala National Park spark the senses with the likes of tea-based experiences led by those in the know; and ventures into the wilderness with experts who introduce the indigenous animals and lush landscapes. Lastly, past and present converge on the South Coast, where ruins stand tall, and a game of cricket ignites some friendly competition.
